3th Intracellular Delivery of Therapeutic Molecules: From Bench to Bedside

Montellier, France

Start date: Aug 31, 2009 - End date: Sep 2, 2009

We are pleased to announce PepVec2009 Meeting on "Intracellular
Delivery of Therapeutic Molecules: From Bench to Bedside", which will be held
in Montpellier (France) from August 31st to September 2nd 2009.
This meeting is intended to bring together leading scientists and clinicians in the field of cell-penetrating peptides and drug delivery
systems. The meeting will cover a wide variety of topics from chemistry to clinical applications, including chemical and structural aspects of peptide-based delivery systems, their molecular and cellular uptake
mechanisms and their implication in the delivery of therapeutics and in
clinical applications. All participants are invited to present their recent research work in
the following fields.
  - Design and chemistry of Cell-Penetrating Peptides
  - Peptide-membrane interactions: structural and mechanistic aspects - Mechanism of action and cellular uptake of CPPs
  - In vivo applications of delivery systems
  - Biosensor applications
  - Therapeutic applications and clinical aspects

The program will include invited speakers as well as oral and poster
presentations selected from submitted abstracts. The website is now
open for registration and abstract
submission.(http://congres.igh.cnrs.fr/pepvec2009/).
The conference will be covered by a special issue of BBA Biomembranes and a number of
presentations will be selected based on submitted abstracts.

We hope you will join us in Montpellier for what promises to be
a terrific
meeting !
